Any other responsible source may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by this agency. In a reply, respondents shall detail whether their firm is a large or small business and whether they are a US-owned or foreign-owned firm. A response must specifically address a firm’s authority and technical ability to provide maintenance, engineering, and software support services for Bauer aircraft component test equipment.
