The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to award a firm-fixed-price sole source contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i)—Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed contract is for the procurement refurbishes five of the six switchyard power circuit breakers (PCBs). Critical circuit breaker components will be replaced. Gas system seals will be replaced. PCBs will have controls tested and undergo industry standard electrical testing. The anticipated award date is on or before 30 December 2025. The applicable NAICS code is 811310. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. Interested parties may submit a capability statement that includes sufficient technical detail, cost data, and proof of authorized distribution rights to demonstrate the ability to fulfill the requirement.
