The applicable NAICS code is 811310. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. Interested parties may submit a capability statement that includes sufficient technical detail, cost data, and proof of authorized distribution rights to demonstrate the ability to fulfill the requirement. Capability statements must be no more than six (6) pages, on standard 8.5 x 11-inch paper, in no smaller than 10-point font. Only responses received by the due date will be considered. Incomplete submissions or requests for additional information without a capability statement will not be considered.
