The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Edwards AFB intends to solicit and award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Treality Simulation Visual Services, 600 Bellbrook Ave, Xenia, OH 45385 for the acquisition of an IFAST upgrade.
