2. Completed Representations and Certifications (ANL-70A).

3. Provide a published price list or a redacted invoice showing pricing for the quoted, to prove price reasonableness.

4. Verify the country of origin for each item.

5. Confirm lead time.

6. Are there any discounts available for DOE or does this order fall under GSA contract pricing (if yes, please include contract #and expiration date).

7. Please confirm incoterm DDP or DAP can be used and if any tariffs will be applicable.

**Technical Specifications:** Please review this carefully. Any bids received that do not meet the technical specifications will not be considered. • LPBF grade (15-45 microns size) tungsten powder with Oxygen less than >300ppm . Quantity needed 50kg.
