**Base Scope:** Procurement of long lead equipment (substation transformers, prefabricated electrical house, and all electrical equipment located inside the prefabricated enclosure including but not limited to switchgear, panelboards, batteries, cable tray).

**Option 1:** Installation of long lead equipment, including foundations and all miscellaneous products and materials required for a complete installation.
