## Description

This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the repair of an existing building generator that has a leaking radiator that has rendered the equipment inoperable. This action will replace/repair the leaking and bring the generator back into working order. The Vendor will be responsible for the following:

Lock out the generator Disconnect the battery The whole cooling system must be drained to perform the repair Providing equipment to effectively remove the radiator assembly Replace all gaskets involved with the broken radiator assembly All radiator parts must be cleaned before installation of new radiator. Once the new radiator has been assembled it must be pressure tested in itself. After all parts have been cleaned and installation of the new radiator will take place.

Once the radiator is installed, the cooling system will be refilled, and pressure tested. Reconnect the battery Once repair is complete the generator must be operated to verify the repairs. After job is complete the vendor will clean up and verify all trash and equipment is removed and properly disposed of. Please see the attached RFP for proposal due date, proposal instructions, and evaluation criteria.
