## Description

United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS) has a need for immediate reaction air transportation services for the transport of bio-hazardous material and accompanying passengers from and to designated airports within the contiguous United States (CONUS) or outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS), to anywhere CONUS or OCONUS, in fully dedicated jet aircraft with the capability to transport passengers with cargo. Offerors are encouraged to review all solicitation documents and attachments. All proposals muyst be received no later than the soliciation close date and time.
