**NAICS Code:** 541519 – Other Computer Related Services Place of Performance: Washington, DC 20500 Description THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE / PROPOSAL The Defense Health Agency (DHA), Northeastern Markets Contracting Division (NM-CD), on behalf of White House Medical Unit (WHMU) intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to ARXIUM, Inc, 1000 Asbury Drive Suite 4, Buffalo Grove, Illinois, 60089. The anticipated award will be made under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition pursuant to FAR 13.106-1 (b)(1) Soliciting from a Single Source for Purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold.

The Defense Health Agency intends to solicit and award a Sole Source Firm Fixed award to provide medical software services to ARXIUM Medselect Flex System, which is used to automate the filling of prescriptions for patients. The continued operation of the system is vital to reducing medication errors, control costs, comply with regulatory agencies and increase clinical staff productivity. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals or quotations.

Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Phone calls will not be accepted. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed action based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government.
