We are surveying the interest of all electric, gas, and water utility providers capable of servicing Naval Station (NS) Mayport, Jacksonville, Florida. This letter is only a request for information regarding your company’s energy management services offerings, willingness, experience, and qualifications to provide a customized Utility Energy Service Contract (UESC) program for NAVFAC SE and does not constitute authorization to proceed with any work. If your company is prepared to offer such services commonly referred to as UESC, we would like to discuss the matter further with your organization.
