## Description

The government intends to award a single source contract to Halliday Technologies Incorporated. HTI designs, manufactures, sells, installs, calibrates, and repairs the RT3 Flight. The company does not outsource any work on their equipment to any other company. HTI is the only source for repairing and updating their design--equipment and software. If your company is able to provide maintenence and calibration services on the Real-Time Traction Tool, please provide compelling evidence by the deadline on this notice.
