NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The 502d Contracting Squadron, U. S. Air Force, Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) – Randolph is formally announcing the intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract (on a sole source basis) to OSI Vision LLC., 17806 W. Interstate 10, Ste. 300, San Antonio, TX 78257-8222. Procurement requirement is for Preventative Maintenance and Repair of Multi-Functional Devices in support of the 106th Signal Brigade, Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Fort Sam Houston, Texas.

Department of the Air Force intends to solicit and award to one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1).
