## Description

Emergency Repair Building 50 Chiller 1. The contractor will be responsible for meeting all contract specifications for the VAMC. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment to perform the work. All installation details shall be fully coordinated with VA CO and on-site Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). Period of Performance for all work 180 days ARO.

The contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment to remove and replace the failed power module for a Carrier 19XRV AquaEdge Single-stage centrifugal chiller, Chiller 1, in Building 50, update and program software and verify full operation of the chiller. Work shall be conducted by trained and certified technicians for Carrier manufactured equipment and utilized Original Equipment Manufacturer parts.
