Supervisor of Shipbuilding Overhaul & Repair, Groton, CT (SSGR) intends to award a firm fixed price contract to ESL Power System, Inc., 2800 Palisades Drive, Corona CA 92880, for the Manufacture of quantity (1) Manual Bus Transfer (MBT) Unit. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement clearly demonstrating the ability to manufacture the requested supply, before 5:00PM EST 18JUNE24, which may be considered by the Agency. Responses to this notice shall be submitted to Stephanie Neale at Stephanie.L.Neale.civ@us.navy.mil and Andrea Cook at Andrea.A.Cook.civ@us.navy.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
