This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to H.V. Collins Company. A design-bid-build Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in support of the space modernization efforts and expansion to the Hanscom Special Access Program (SAP) Complex (HSC) to accommodate the AirForce Program Executive Office for Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management(DAF PEO C3BM) Architecture and System Engineering Division (ASE) to continue expanding operations at Hanscom AFB. This action will be a new contract to support the build out of the space to include demolition, fiber to desk wiring, alarm control system/intrusion detection system installation, purchase of materials, and all other required construction aspects. The contract will also include initial design support services for the feasibility of build to the architect-engineer firm of record currently on contract. The Government intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract to H.V. Collins Company. The proposed contract action is to procure the specific supply for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
