## Description

**What:** Naval Sea Systems Command International Fleet Working Group (IFWG)

**Industry Days When:**

**09-13 September 2024, 0900-1600 PST Where:** Courtyard by Marriott in Liberty Station NAVSEASYSCOM plans to arrange for selected industry attendance for the purpose of advising International Partners about sustainment and maintenance of former USN and USCG ships. Reference Sources Sought titled: “IFWG 2024” posted via SAM.GOV. Relevant industry attendance will allow discussions with the U.S. Navy and FMS countries regarding various technologies that can assist in maintaining these former USN and USCG ships.

All discussions will be conducted at the unclassified level. We will limit each industry vendor to two (2) registrants. Only companies with products and services having a direct application to sustaining and maintaining combat systems and HM&E equipment of these former USN and USCG ships will be selected to attend. Selection will be at the sole discretion of NAVSEA. There is no cost to attend this event.

Other notes: - Neither the planning nor the establishment of Industry attendance constitutes a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a Request for Quote (RFQ). Industry participation in the IFWG meeting, as well as current and/or follow on Requests for Information, is neither mandatory nor is it a requisite to future participation by a contractor in any future contract Request for Proposal (RFP).

Responders are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Industry attendance notice. The Government will not assume liability for costs incurred by any attendee for travel expenses or marketing efforts. - Please note that the forecast is for informational purposes only.

It does not constitute a specific offer or commitment by the Navy to fund, in whole or in part, any opportunities referenced herein. - Unless you specifically request to opt out, a list of all attendees and their associated contact info will be provided to all participants in order to assist with networking.
