The purpose of this sources sought is to identify if there is a commercial source able to survey all existing parking on the Washington Navy Yard and develop a parking management system to include a web hosted reservation system with zoned parking areas and spaces that are restricted to specific users. Develop a plan to monitor parking reservation usage vs actual spot usage.
