## Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

**Synopsis:** The Department of Veterans Affairs; RPO-E, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 7, located at 501 Greene Street, Hatcher Bldg. Ste 2, Augusta, GA 30901 intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source requirement to:

Capital Signs 5380 Webb Pkwy NW Liburn Georgia 30047 The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 339950 with a business size standard of $500 employees. The proposed contract is for SCALA Digital Signage System for which the Government intends to solicit with a single source award to a Large Business in accordance with FAR 12.102.

Capital Signs was selected because it is a full-service systems and media technology integration company capable of designing, building, installing, and supporting both indoor and outdoor signage solutions. These capabilities, along with the ability to transform the existing Carl Vinson VAMC signage content to the new upgraded Scala software used by the VA with custom cellular digital signage players, make Capital Signs a unique proprietary product.
