## Description

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at VA Albany CBOC (Building 7200) in a manner that will maintain healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. This clinic is on the Marine Corps Logistics Base, Albany 31705. Contractor must have access on base or be able to gain access on the base.
