## Description

In accordance with attached statement of work, the requirement is to provide emergency technical assistance from an authorized Cobhan Satcom/Sailor Manufacturer’s Representative to provide technical service, parts, and labor to fully restore the INMARSAT C within GMDSS, in accordance with SOLAS and ABS criteria, onboard the USNS JOHN LEWIS (T-AO 205).
