There are two columns to be filled out by respondent to this Sources Sought on the attached test list, "Table B Required Reference Test Menu". These are Columns D, “Tested In House…” and E, “Third Party Courier…”. PLEASE FILL OUT COLUMNS D AND E COMPLETELY.
