## Description

Sole Source Notice of Intent for a Uterine Positioning System (UPS) The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West, Joint Base Ft Sam Houston, Texas, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price sole source contract to TRYCO, Inc., under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), to provide an Ally II Uterine Positioning System (UPS) for the Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OBGYN) Department located at William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC).

The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, FSC – 6515, Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies, Size Standard: 1000 Employees. Award will be made not later than 25 May 2025. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete the interim purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
