This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) - only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The existing system was installed by UGI and is under a current service and maintenance contract with them. This service includes meticulous de-installation and reinstallation of the CCDS, maintaining peak system functionality. The reinstallation will also ensure compliance with current DHS/DOD cybersecurity mandates, aligning the CCDS with contemporary security standards. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Interested vendors may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 11:00AM ET on 15 March 2024. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
