This action is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. 2. PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE This notice serves to inform industry of the government's intent to award this requirement on a sole-source basis and to conduct market research to identify other sources that may be capable of satisfying this requirement. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ), and the government does not intend to issue a contract based on responses to this notice alone. 3. SUBMISSION OF CAPABILITY STATEMENT Companies that believe they can meet this requirement are invited to submit a written Capability Statement.
