If a company demonstrates the capabilitiy to supply the requested parts, the Government may use the response for information and planning purposes. The purpose of the Notice of Intent is to inform sources of the Government intent to award to a company claiming sole source, this does not constitute an RFQ. All information received in response to this Notice of Intent marked "Proprietary" will be protected and handled accordingly.
