## Description

To provide comprehensive training and certification for 3 personnel (1 civilian, 2 active duty Coast Guard members) in basic crane operations. The training will comply with the standards and requirements set forth by the Hawai’i Occupational Safety and Health Division (HIOSH) and the Hawai’i State Hoisting Machine Operators Advisory Board (HMOAB).
