## Description

To supply Nuclear Medicine (NM) in the Atlanta Veterans Affairs Healthcare System (ATL VA HCS) with five specific radiopharmaceuticals: Amyvid (F-18 florbetapir); Tauvid (F-18 flortaucipir); Cerianna (F18 fluoroestradiol); Posluma (F18-flotufolastat); Axumin (F-18 fluciclovine). The contract shall be structured as a one-year contract with four (4) optional years.

The vendor shall provide all labor, supervision, and transportation necessary to provide daily delivery of Amyvid (F-18 florbetapir); Tauvid (F-18 flortaucipir); Cerianna (F18 fluoroestradiol); Posluma (F18-flotufolastat); Axumin (F-18 fluciclovine) to NM, located in the Atlanta Veterans Affairs Medical Center (ATL VAMC), 1670 Clairmont Road, Decatur, GA 30033.
