## Description

The US Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to award a sole source task to Verizon Wireless using the NAVSUP Spiral 4 IDIQ. NRL will award a 12 month task order to Verizon Wireless using the A ELIN option provided for by the Spiral 4 program office in the IDIQ awards. NRL will publish the redacted Justification and Approval document within 14 days of task order award.
