The Contracting Officer has reviewed the requirement and determined that New Generation Research, Inc. is the only source that can reasonably meet the SEC's requirement in accordance with RFO Part 12.102 because no other sources have been identified that can provide all of the bankruptcy information required by the SEC. The SEC intends to award a purchase order to New Generation Research, Inc. on or about September 1, 2026. The total award value of the purchase order will be below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. The anticipated period of performance is for the award will be a Base Period of 24 months. This notice is not a competitive request for proposals. A competitive solicitation will not be issued.
