The Contracting Officer has determined that OTC Link LLC is the only source that can reasonably meet the SEC’s requirement in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b). OTC Link LLC is the only known source that provides web access to the range of information that is required, including real-time and historical data, market statistics, news and directory information. The SEC intends to award a purchase order to OTC Link LLC on or about July 1, 2025. The period of performance of the purchase order shall be for a Base Year and up to two Option Years. The total award value shall be below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. This notice is not a competitive request for proposals. A competitive solicitation will not be issued.
