The period of performance for the purchase order is anticipated to be one (1) Base Period of 12 months and four (4) Option Periods of 12 months each, and the total value of the order shall be below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. The SEC intends to award a purchase order to Elsevier B.V. on or about November 20, 2024. This notice is not a competitive request for proposals. A competitive solicitation will not be issued.
