## Description

Notice of Solicitation Cancellation Per FAR 52.212-1(g) and FAR 15.305(b), this notice officially cancels Request for Proposal (RFP)/Combined Synopsis-Solicitation for Automated Financial Institutions and Providers Data Feed Products and Services (OEC eFeeds), solicitation number 50310224R0010, issued on June 12, 2024, effective immediately. It has been determined that it is in the best interest of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to not make an award and cancel the subject solicitation.

The SEC has decided to reexamine its requirements and its budget. This will take time to complete. We truly appreciate all of your time and effort in submitting a proposal and your interest in doing business with the SEC and hope we can count on your participation in future projects.
