The publications include federal and state legal information, statutes and administrative rules and regulations, handbooks, reporters, treatises and loose-leaf update services. The Contracting Officer has reviewed the requirement and determined that West Publishing Corporation is the only source that can meet the SEC’s requirement in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b) because the required publications are under copyright and not available from other sources. The SEC intends to award a purchase order to West Publishing Corporation on or about August 20, 2024. The total award value of the purchase order will be below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold and the period of performance of the purchase order will be for 12 months. This notice is not a competitive request for proposals. A competitive solicitation will not be issued.
