## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared for the purchase of Fiduciary Liability insurance in support of the Oversight Committee of the Agency's Supplemental Retirement Plan, in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," and procedures in Subpart 13.1, "Simplified Acquisition Procedures," with additional information included in this notice, RFQ Enclosure 0 (Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Instructions), and the Statement of Work (RFQ Enclosure 1).

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please review all enclosures and attachments in their entirety and respond accordingly.
