The period of performance for the purchase order is anticipated to be a base period of 12-months. The total value of the order shall be below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. The SEC intends to award a purchase order to Barra, LLC on or about May 13, 2024. This notice is not a competitive request for proposals. A competitive solicitation will not be issued.
