The SEC has a requirement for online access to ISS Board Data, Voting Analytics - Proxy Voting Data, Shareholder Proposal Data, ISS Incentive Lab Executive Compensation Database and Governance Data. This is a renewal contract action. Institutional Shareholders Service provides data required by SEC, both current and historical with required data range and variables. Access is provided to subscribers over the Internet in a variety of output formats. The contracting officer has determined that ISS is the only source that can reasonably meet the SEC’s requirement in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b) because ISS is only known source to provide data required by SEC, both current and historical with required data range and variables. The period of performance for the purchase order is anticipated is a base period of 24 months with three (3) 12-month option periods. The SEC intends to award a purchase order to ISS on or about May 31, 2024. This notice is not a competitive request for proposals. A competitive solicitation will not be issued.
