The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is conducting market research to identify qualified small businesses capable of providing ongoing technical, program management, and knowledge transfer support for the Return Integrity & Compliance Services (RICS) Application Modernization (RAM) Project. If your firm may be interested in this requirement, is a qualified small business for the NAICS code 541512 Computer Systems Design Services, and has performed similar projects, we request the information shown below.

A firm that is not considered a small business under the applicable NAICS code should not submit a response to this notice. This is a Sources Sought Notice only; no contract will be awarded from this announcement. Amend Notice date to:
