## Description

The Internal Revenue Service, Office of Chief Counsel General Legal Services is a defendant in EEOC litigation. The Agency, in its defense, will need a medical expert witness (with an M.D. degree) with expertise in the particular medical condition at issue (i.e., asserted lifetime asthma) and with experience having testified in legal proceedings regarding that condition and possible work/life restrictions.
