**Notice of Intent to Issue an Award under a GSA Schedule

THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION** The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), hereby gives notice of its intent to award a sole source contract to The Arbinger Company, located at: 686 N. Arbinger Way, Suite 200 Farmington, Utah 84025-3067 for the purchase of Outward Inclusion Digital Workbooks. This is not a request for competitive proposals.

Potential sources who believe they can provide the service listed above are invited to submit a response to this notice in the GSA RFQ no later than 3:00 PM ET on Tuesday, September 17, 2024. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Please note: A SOLICITATION DOES NOT EXIST.

The Government will not cover any costs for any information or inquiry submitted as a result of this notice. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is:

611430, Professional and Management Development Training. The business size standard is $15 Million. Responses shall include, at a minimum, the following information: The name of your company; SAM UEI; POC name and contact information; The specific product(s) that your company offers that fulfills the same function as the items to be included on this order; and, A description of product/services and overall capabilities. Contractors are required to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov.
