## Description

The U.S. Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Office of Business Solutions Acquisitions (OBSA) intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), sole source contract for brand name specific Elliptic web-based subscriptions to Elliptic, Inc., 1732 1st Ave, New York, NY 10028. Elliptic, Inc. is the sole source provider for Elliptic web-based subscriptions.

**Criminal Investigation (CI):** Cyber Crimes Unit (CCU) is requesting these specific service(s) to aid personnel in conducting complex cybercrimes investigations. This action will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. See attached Notice of Intent.
