THIS IS NOT A SOLICIATION Notice of Intent to Issue a Brand Name Award under a GSA Schedule Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining eligibility. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. This is for a small business holding a GSA Schedule, large businesses open-market need not apply. Please note: THE SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED ON GSA eBuy/Advantate.

The Government will not cover any costs for any information or inquiry submitted as a result of this notice. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Midstates Procurement Branch, hereby gives notice of its intent to issue a Brand Name award in accordance with FAR 6.302-1.

The purpose of this procurement is to obtain one (1) Keyence Microscope with Elemental Analyzer to include the Support Package by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Criminal Investigation (CI) Division, Center for Science and Design (CSD), Chemistry and Question Document Section, to assist in their mission requirements. This is not a request for competitive proposals.

Potential sources who believe they can provide the product listed above is invited to submit a response to this notice in the GSA RFQ no later than 4:00pm EST on Tuesday, July 30, 2024.
