## Description

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Chief Counsel Library requires non-personal loose-leaf filing services for publications at Main IRS Building, 1111 Constitution Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20224. The Chief Counsel Library and Counsel Offices in the National Office receives print loose-leaf filing on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. The Attorneys, Paralegals and Tax Law Specialists rely on the filings for research on bankruptcy, litigation and legislative. The period of performance for this contract is for a base with two option years as follows:

Base Year - March 2, 2024 through March 1, 2025, Option Year One - March 2, 2025 through March 1, 2026 and Option Year Two – March 2, 2026 through March 1, 2027. The contract type will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and the tracking number 5000183808.
