Walz Label & Mailing Systems is the only brand specific, factory-authorized service provider for preventative maintenance of mailing system equipment that is located in the local geographical area and capable of meeting all required response times. Preventative Maintenance of the stated equipment at the IRS National Distribution Center is needed for continuity of operations. The proposed procurement is made under the authority granted under FAR 13.106-1(b) Brand Name Sole Source Justification for Acquisitions at or below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold.
