CCH is the only copyrighted publisher of legal materials used by noted scholars and practitioners writing in the field of taxation, bankruptcy, general and international law today. The books and supplements are listed on the attachment in this notice (Attach to NOI CCH.pdf) . The procurement will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250k. The requirement will be fulfilled by the delivery of the Books and Supplements for a period of performance one year from the date of award. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes or solicitation for offers. No solicitation package will be issued. Oral communications will not be accepted and will not be considered for this announcement. The Government will not cover any costs for any information or inquiry submitted because of this notice. The Government will consider responses received no later than January 15, 2024, 6AM EST. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing to Tracey Brooks, tracey.n.brooks@irs.gov.
