There are no re-sellers authorized to perform maintenance on OPEX equipment. The period of performance will be one 12-month period from the date of contract award. No solicitation package will be issued. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent to sole source is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received no later than noon, EST on January 11, 2023.
