The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 2,181 ANSI/BOMA office area and 5 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. (ABOA): 2,181 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance or 0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” or “500-Year” floodplain).
