A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space that is not in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year floodplain) is preferred. Offered space in the 0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain or 1-percent-annual chance floodplain will be considered, in respective order, if no alternatives exist.
