## Description

GSA is seeking 29,717 ABOA, 34,175 RSF of office space in Queens, NY for an eleven (11) month term. The following requirements must be met: The office space must be on or next to JFK International Airport. See attachment for the approved delineated area. The office building must be able to provide 14 surface level parking spaces for Government use. See attachment for the approved delineated area. The offered space must meet the Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
