## Description

The successful contractor is expected to possess a broad range of expertise, including electric grid supply chains, risk assessment methodologies, and cost competitiveness assessment, among others.

The analysis resulting from this effort will contribute to Manufacturing and Energy Supply Chains (MESC)’s Mapping, Modeling, and Analysis Consortium (MMAC)'s goals in informing on the current status of critical electric grid supply chain with a strategy to improve domestic competitiveness and manufacturing opportunities over time.

By enhancing supply chain readiness level (SCRL) with comprehensive data and analysis, the project will support the development of resilient, sustainable, and secure US electric grid supply chains, thus contributing to national security, economic growth, and environmental sustainability. The contractor will support Argonne and MMAC efforts in filling key data and analysis gaps on electric grid supply chains to strengthen and broaden the MMAC SCRL methodology as well as assessment of critical grid components.

In particular Argonne seeks support under a contract on gathering the following data, as further described in the Appendix "B" Statement of Work included in the solicitation: Filling data gaps for large power transformers (LPT) and distribution transformers (DT), as well as for their associated supply chains 2. Full supply chain mapping and data gathering for HVDC transmission systems There are 12 documents in total for Solicitation (RFP) No. 4-JV79-P-00288-00.
