The U.S. Government intends to award a Renewal option using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the BUREAU OF ALCOHOL,TOBACCO,FIREARMS & EXPLOSIVES that is expiring in Tampa, FL. The government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 4,800 ANSI/BOMA office area and 3 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
